Our orca replacement lids order arrived as promised, and in good condition. The one drawback was that our travel mug turned out to be a discontinued model for which the lids were slightly too small. Customer service was quick to respond to our communication, and after our sending them pictures of our mug and the lids we had received they were able to quickly supply us with the correct lids. It was a good experience. We are appreciative.

Website is easy to navigate. Selection was great and the color was one of the limited runs (girlfriend loved it) big enough for a couple days but also convenient to have for a day run. Love the brand. The whale tales represent quality and a little uniqueness to us. Have multiple cups/coolers and will continue to go through Orca. Most importantly, a product made in the USA 🇺🇸
