Options is an excellent program. I have used their products and on the program for 3 years. I dropped 70 pds in 12 months. I gained some back so I stayed on the program to lose the regained weight and maintain. The food they sell is a great supplement to help you stay on track with the program. I was 55 when I started. I thought my metabolism was shot. I carried excess weight for 8 years. The program started to work immediately. I am very grateful. My mom and sister joined the program once they saw my success. They both loss considerable weight as well.
