Great customer service.

It’s summer in Arizona. The chocolate bars melted while in our mail box. I put them in the fridge for a couple hours then opened them. They tasted pretty good even though they weren’t pretty. I appreciate the low carbs because I have diabetes. Thanks

Ordering was easy and shipping was somewhat speedy although USPS took longer than it should. In fact, the ice pack that was shipped with the chocolate to keep it from melting was actually warm. The bubble wrap packaging and ice pack was a great idea, but unfortunately USPS messed that up by taking so long to get it to me.

Great customer service and packaging. Chocolate didn't melt at all even in hot weather thanks to the ice pack. Awesome product too. Can't wait to see even more options like a milk chocolate with freeze dried strawberry pieces!

I like all three chocolates in the variety pack. I did a side-by-side tasting of the Silky Smooth with an Intense Dark 72% Cacao Ghirardelli chocolate and it thought the Ghirardelli was slightly sweeter. Maybe Oobli needs slightly more of its sweet protein added to make it excellent. Oobli is also pretty expensive at $24 for 9. 8 oz.
