I was given a refund and they allowed me to gift whatever I had left over to friends or family. I am a first time buyer and had to reach out to customer service twice regarding my order. Each time they contacted me within 30 minutes and the representative that assisted me was super polite, professional and took care of all my concerns. One of the items I ordered was damaged upon arrival but was not broken and they offered to send me a new one at no additional cost! If the customer service is this outstanding, I can’t imagine the amount of care and quality that goes into each of these products.

I ordered the full spectrum oil and after using it for a week it caused a lot of negative things for me. I tried to get the label to return it but it wasn’t working. I contacted them and let them know what was going on.. there return portal was down so they told me to gift the oil and they will get a check for my money sent out to me. They did just that. Amazing customer service. Sad it didn’t work out for me but it was great working with these people!

I loooove this product! It actually works for me and relieves anxiety. However, I hate how much plastic packaging the products come from. This is absolutely terrible for the environment and unnecessary for safe packaging.

So I just received the Balm in the Mail today. I have severe back/neck pain through out the day. The only thing that has EVER worked for me has been dry needling from the chiropractor. Unfortunately I had to stop going because it was very expensive and I could not afford it any longer. I have been interested in buying Onyx & Rose for quite some time because I’m a huge fan of Alani and I know they have amazing products! I finally decided to buy the balm since they had a discount the other day. So usually I can’t go to the mall or grocery shopping etc without having unbearable pain in my neck. Before going to the mall today I used the balm on my neck and OMG I didn’t have ANY pain at the mall nor during my drive!! For beginners, the dosage isn’t very specific first of all, so I just started with 25 mg and then increased slowly every week. Once I got to 75mg I felt my anxiety had gotten worse, but some days it wasn’t so bad, and I haven’t seen much difference in my pain or mobility movement. But everyone is different, unfortunately it didn’t work that well with me.

I have been using the Broad Spectrum CBD oil now for a few months and my results have been amazing and continue to get better as time goes on. For years, I was THC dependent to help with stress, depression, and insomnia, however I hated using THC for how it made me a zombie and antisocial.
