My radiator fan arrived with some broken pieces due to damage during shipping. Angel at OnlineBMWShop responded immediately with both phone calls and emails (really appreciate his proactive phone call and compassion and talking with him directly about this), he immediately ordered another part (needed to order from BMW), had his team double box it for added protection and added the return shipping label, and got me my new fan ASAP undamaged.
