Based on my experience, shipping from the U. S. to Hungary takes a bit of time — usually around 3–4 weeks. It’s worth planning ahead so you don’t run out before your next order arrives. Aside from the longer delivery, they handle customs and all the paperwork flawlessly. Their customer service is incredibly human-centered and genuinely helpful. Massive respect to the team. 10/10.

Despite reaching out to customer support several times, I was repeatedly given excuses about the delay. Eventually, they claimed the order had left their facility and refused to offer a refund or any compensation. I used to love Onest Health, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave a 1-star review, but the lack of support after spending a significant amount of money is unacceptable. What a great way to start 2025, losing money for absolutely nothing…
