The Customer Service I have received from this company was exceptional,straightforward and easy to get my issue resolved. I was pleasantly surprised with the way they resolved my issue and makes me love the brand even more as I already love their jumpsuits. They have shown that they actually care about their customers and their customer service to their customers. Very happy with this one! True to size and super comfortable to wear. The fabric is soft, thick and warm, just what you want. The color and fit match the pictures perfectly. I wear it mostly at home and on short trips. Love the big, warm hood, the sturdy zipper and snaps, small details that make a big difference. A perfect jumpsuit!
