This was the missing component of my dust collector system. Now I don’t have to worry about filter clogs!!

I’m sure you know that your drums are much more expensive than most. It should be packed appropriately for shipping. It was just the drum shipped in a box. There should have been styrofoam. Of course it got knocked around, scratched, and dented during shipping. No surprise at all.

You would think at this price you would get the full 12 inches of useable flex pipe. Mine came a bit short which meant I needed to refigure the shelf that supports the collection bin. No big deal. Just frustrating.

Oneida is great! I had a small issue with new unit, 110 in stead of 220, and they were great about correcting the situation. The Mini Gorilla runs great! Definitely recommend this company

So far so good. Purchased the Dust Deputy 2. 5 with the 10-gallon steel canister and 2. 5" hose. In combination, I have noticed a marked improvement in collection of sawdust and airborne fine dust compared to the Duststopper and 1. 5" hose I had been using for a few years.

An experience with a company often begins after the product is purchased. How a company treats customers after a sale, says a lot about that company's culture. It's rare to find a company these days that still truly cares about the customer. I'm glad I found a company that does. Most reviews will be about the product itself, but I wanted to take a moment to call out the pre and post-sales support. While the product itself is excellent; well made, quality materials, etc. , Oneida excels at customer service. I bought the Gorilla air system for my shop and had a few follow-up questions and small things to resolve. Oneida could not have been more responsive or helpful. From the initial planning / design work, to post-install resolution, Oneida has been amazing. Highly recommended.
