I have bought my husband quite a few of their products and he loved everyone of them. He bought one jacket on his own that he loved but there was a defect on it. He was able to return and exchange the product. When they sent back the product it was the SAME one he returned. They did not offer much of a solution, but he kept the defected jacket because he liked the fit so much. They did not offer much of a resolution on something hat was 100 percent their fault. I loved seeing him in their products but I will never purchase anything from them again after this experience.

I was sent a code for free shipping, unfortunately it didn’t work. I sent a message to ONE BONE and I got hooked up with a new one. Top notch! I tried to check out the ONE BONE shop when I was in Montreal, but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Oh well. Next time. Thanks ONE BONE!
