Well, I had difficulty trying to reach you in a timely manner because I had to unexpectedly go out of town before the bagels were going to arrive. When you did respond you were more than generous in refunding my money and concern for how the bagels would be once I was able to accept delivery. A neighbor took them in on Saturday and refrigerated them until I returned. They will work out fine. I wish there was a number that you could be reached at in case of a problem. I do enjoy your bagels and hope you will be in the Naples, FL area soon. Thank you!

So I don't say it lightly when I say, these are some of the best bagels I've ever had. Not only do they taste great, I feel good about eating a healthful bagel! I don't eat much processed food, but I consider this to minimally processed and super nutritious. I've also used the mini's fort entertaining - a universal hit. Five star all the way.

Again excellent service. Receive my order within a few days of ordering. I have ordered a number of times to date so far no issues.
