After a week of taking the cordyceps, I have noticed a difference in my well-being. I felt the sustained energy throughout the entire day. It gives me also mental focus for my work. I believe in this product. Real mushrooms with no fillers. Highly recommend to everyone.

It's nice. Wish they were ground finer. Can't fix the flavors but I don't mind the earthiness. I'm not a smoothie person so trying to find other things like coffee and homemade protein bars to add the powdered to.
