Your coffee and teas are awesome ,the tins are great also make great gifts . and you package with care .

I would order from this company again. 100%. To make a very long story short, I had been introduced to their tea through a friend and loved it. When Oliver Pluff & Co. had their Black Friday sale, I decided to splurge and order some items for myself and my family to try. Unfortunately my package was left at the wrong address, it was delivered to a porch two city's over! When I tell you I was so disappointed, I was SO DISAPPOINTED. I emailed their customer service and within a day Victoria responded and opened a claim with UPS. She continued to keep me updated on the search and when it was proven that the package was gone, she shipped me a replacement order and did expedited shipping at no additional cost to myself. I was so blown away. Oliver Pluff & Company now has a customer for life, and I will be telling all my family and friends to order from them as well. Not only is their drinks delicious, but their customer service is top notch. 5/5 gold stars all around.

I could not be happier with this tea and this company. This flavor is my absolute favorite and has been for years, I drink 24 oz every morning and I even travel with this tea. About 6 years ago I found this company and I swear it is better than when I use to drink Twinings. It is fresh and when I order it comes so quickly!
