Firstly, the shipping was great! I trust this EVOO supplier and very much appreciate their videos on YouTube. I love this EVOO. Bought it for the high polyphenol count. I take it medicinally, few tablespoons morning and night. It has a very grassy, bitter taste with a peppery finish (that I adore).
