I got the product during my summer trip in Greece and loved it so much. I had to get more and found this company on the internet. The plus was the international shipping to US. I got $140 of products, paid 20€ for anhipping annd 5€ for PayPal fees and was a happy camper until I got the message from the delivery company that I had to pay custom fees of $50. I was never advised at check out about it. I was in shock. The company told me that it was my responsibility when I contacted them about it. . I just wished I was forewarned about it. The company did not take any responsibility for it. They sent me a link to some policy where at the end of the very long list they mention custom fees. This is the wrong place to list it. It should be at check out to let customers know what to expect when products arrive especially when the fee is so high.
