Absolutely LOVE Ole Henriksen products. I was first introduced with the lip products and loved them so much I had to try other products as well. So far I have not been disappointed once, and have been in love with every product I have tried. The shopping experience is also easy. 5 stars all around

My package was not delivered. And I called your company, they were not helpful, even though it was the delivery issue that my package got lost. They never reimbursed my money, or resend the original products. It is shameful that you still ask me for a review. Review of what exactly? A product I was charged but never got it. I know you monitor the reviews and never publish bad ones. You can do all that you want, but the reality is that your company is a terrible one in terms of customer service and satisfaction. This can be seen by the fact that your company never allows google reviews, but only reviews through your own site so that you can pick and choose what reviews you want to add. I will never ever be purchasing any products from you.

The shipping took a LONG TIME - Dec 24 to Jan 15 but it was the holidays so….

I love this product! I typically use it a couple nights a week, unless my skin is acting up then I use it a little more. It helps when my skin is looking dull, blotchy and/or spots are more noticeable.

Overall, I had a good experience.
