I had such a great experience with Old Whaling Company! I placed my order on 2/3 at 10:43 PM, and shortly after ordering, I realized I had forgotten to add another item in the same scent. I sent them an email that night, hoping maybe they’d see it before shipping. To my surprise, they responded the very next morning (2/4 at 9:44 AM!), sent me an invoice for the additional item, and shipped everything out that same day. That kind of quick, hassle-free customer service is rare and so appreciated. My package arrived on 2/6 — super fast! I first discovered the French Lavender Body Butter at a General Store in Waxhaw, NC and immediately fell in love with it. When I went back to purchase another one, they were out of the lavender scent and suggested I check out Old Whaling’s website — which I’m so glad I did! The body butter is incredibly smooth, rich without feeling greasy, and the lavender scent lasts a long time without being overpowering. Excellent product and even better customer service. I will definitely be ordering again!

I discovered these soaps while in Charleston, SC and have ordered them ever since. The scents are clean and they last pretty long for a bar soap. I love the exfoliating soaps as well. They’re also really nice on my sensitive skin.
