Disappointed
Blue marble flipflops - right one is bigger than left. Called customer service, left voice mail, no response. Sent 2 emails, no response. Poor quality control and nonexistent customer service. So disappointed - I really wanted to support this company as its products are made in USA. I guess it's time to try Oofas next!

Very frustrating to deal with if there is an issue
The shoes are very comfortable, but beware of sizing issues. And customer service is impossible to reach. I ordered two pairs, same size, different colors. One pair was noticeably larger than the other. Have been trying to reach someone about a return or exchange. I tried to initiate the return on the site as instructed, but it didn't recognize my order number. So I sent an email 4 days ago and no response. Tried to call and no human, only the option to leave a voicemail. The message you get tells you it's best to send an email. Just going in circles. Sometimes a really good product isn't worth the hassle.

Got a pair of Kona Blue Marble and they are so ugly. One is all white for almost half of front & other one is marbled like all the pictures I've seen. They look like 2 different pairs. Slides…perfect fit molded support just right and not too squishy. Cant wait to try flip flops. I bought oofos 1st time too. Oka slides not as squishy but fit me perfect. Hope oofos mold to my foot as well.

These shoes are very soft, feel wonderful On your feet, but if you have a wide foot, they are tight across the top. It is also taking a long time for them to get back to me about getting a return label.
