I’ve been using the citronella oil on my dogs ears. She’s 15 and the flys are drawn to her ears. I mix the oil with Vaseline and apply to her ears. Dog shows no discomfort and allows me to apply it once a day. Yes it helps to minimise the flys drawn to her ears.
