My dog appeared drugged out by the smallest dose. I want a full refund.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze which was amazing!! Once they received my order they shipped it out to me rather quickly. The only bummer is that the Calm the Eff Down medication doesn’t work on either one of my pups giving them the recommended dosage and I’m not one of those parents who overdosed their 2 or 4 legged babies so unfortunately my poor little girls still get major anxiety every time I leave the house and they’re mother/daughter and the older they get the worse they get unfortunately. It takes the daughter 20 minutes to calm down if I’ve been gone anytime over 1/2 hour. I just feel bad for them. Good luck to everyone!!

I got the liquid drops for my 8 year old chichihua Merry. She had been licking her paws and a hot spot on one of her back legs almost continually. The drops in her food at breakfast have helped so much. She loves the drops and gobbles up breakfast. Her licking had dropped dramatically. Thanks Oh Norman your products did what they said they would do.

We bought two kinds--for anxiety and itchy skin. I made it theougj the whole first bottles of each on our two beagles and saw no difference. Hope others have a better experience.

I ordered the probiotic and the shiny coat for the girls. My cats and I'm going to try a couple of other products. One for sure would be the calming, so I can dremmel their nails. Fingers crossed.

Didn’t work as well as I was hoping. She did calm during fireworks and storms but not as much as I hoped.

I have 8 cats. They love these...except one, the one I bought it for, she turns her nose up at it. She is too smart, I think she knows what it forr! I'm pretty sure she wants to stay spicy.

This really works. Used it for my daughter's cat on a flight from Tampa, FL to Memphis, TN. Cat was calm and didn't make a sound, even during take off and landing. Recommended to my friend who has a crazy cat and she said it has really helped with calming the cat down. Cat now sleeps through the night instead of keeping her awake.

I used a whole bottle of Shut the Eff Up and my dog was just as manic as ever. Absolutely no change even slightly in her behavior. It may work for other dogs but for mine, nothing. And I had such high hopes seeing this celebrity promoting her product.

They liked them other brand, but heard some bad reviews on the safety for the cat health, so we tried Oh Norman and this is an excellent replacement. Thank you and bless you.

I can’t change my previous review, so I’m putting a new one. Per the shop app , my order has been sitting in Nashville since LAST Sunday, so for 6 days. I will probably never buy from the company again. You’re now beyond the weird 5-8 days for “standard” shipping. I don’t even know who the shipment carry SpeedX is, but for a company that has Speed in their name, they sure are THE SLOWEST. The products aren’t worth waiting 2+ weeks just because you can’t or won’t pay extra for faster shipping - not everyone is made of the extra money to spend on that, we splurging as is it because we thought this would be a great product for our dog. Sucks that it has to be this way

The mats are wonderful. Such great quality and cotton. There’s a bit of weight to the mat. I was really impressed. My package was delivered to the wrong building by the shipping company and a new package was sent right away! The email responses were also cordial and responsive.

Absolutely great customer service, wonderful products, and I love the philosophy of the company. It is a huge plus that the name is Norman-I can still hear my mom saying "Oh Norman" to my dad for many years. Brings back wonderful memories.
