The one star is for the taste and quality of the product. Customer “service” is absolutely dreadful. Products not in stock are only partially refunded. Only one of three in-stock items were sent, even though I paid for three. Trying to get the items sent has been a real pain, so I’ve asked that they refund what wasn’t sent. Not holding my breath for a positive outcome. Just awful!

Ordered a sample pack back in October 2024. They claim it was "shipped" out already but due to the Canada Post strike back log, it was stuck in limbo. Its now April 2025 and still no shipment recieved, yet I've ordered items from China that have arrived already and still no sample delivery. Probably never shipped out the samples at all

I absolutely loved these healthy snacks and so great to eat on the go!

Sometimes I just need a little something sweet that hits the spot and these little bites are perfect! I love the fact they are super clean, and their size just makes it easy to be satisfied and not over indulge!

These products were super decadent and rich, and my mom really liked them - she went out to Walmart to stock up on the brownie flavour since she loved them so much. I also brought this to a retreat, and folks loved it. They did find that the packaging was a bit misleading given that it had a picture of a brownie on it and expected the snack to be a brownie instead of a date snack. I think there can be improvement made in this regard. I bought the purple bags of the brownie snacks on Amazon that had more portions in it and it was more rich than the one bite sized pack version that was sent (perhaps they were part of different batches)? I think this snack was pretty different, and would consider eating them again. I appreciate the smaller portion given that it wasn't too much (since as someone with a bit of a sugar allergy I can't handle when snacks are too sweet).

Shipped fast, easy to use website, very easy to find products. Only complaint is the price point of the items.

Shipping is wonderful and on time.

They’re so delicious and just the right amount of flavor in every bite.

The shipping was way too long as I had ordered it on Valentine’s Day and it only just arrived on March 31. However, the wait was definitely well worth it as they are ooh, so good! As I opened up the package, my mouth started to water as all I could smell is the sweet scent of apple pie. There were only 4 in the package, but that was okay as it was quite filling. They were soft and chewy and they were extremely tasty! I was quite impressed.

I love this company and all that they do to promote inclusive snacking. The packaging is minimal and the snack bites are flavourful. I'm genuinely impressed with how many ingredients this snacking product doesn't have. For me personally, I am allergic to sugar and sadly it seems like even dates impacts me and my chronic condition. It would be really cool if Ohh Foods! could invest in research and development to create a snacking product for those who can't have sugar (even the refined sugar free type like dates) and that's keto-friendly. I've tried products before with stevia and monkfruit but they also negatively impact me, so perhaps create a line of bites that are savoury? Or may I even suggest make the servings smaller so that there isn't as much sugar per bite (usually for keto friendly products there's 1-2 grams of sugar max).
