Overall the shipping was fast and the salesperson had good communication. However, you guys forgot the brackets when shipping and I missed a great weekend. Also, the U-shaped fixtures provided with this product could not fix the AWNING to my smartcap platform and I had to go to Home Depot and buy 6 stainless steel bolts and nuts. I hope the manufacturer can improve this.
