Did not received item

Very hard to find part that only this dealer could source for me. Saved my project car!

I ordered online, once the order was reviewed, I got a call and was asked about it just to make sure that it was correct. I was also asked if I needed the fasteners for the part which I totally forgot to get. I appreciate the complete experience that I had with them. They are the best thank you so much.

Whoever at Toyota packed the water pump knew that it was broken as the box with the part was crushed. They then put the crushed box into a bigger box with my other parts and sent it to me. When I did receive the part of course it was broken as it appeared it would be. When I contacted Toyota to advise it came broken, They put the claim through a third-party warranty. My problem is that this warranty will only send me a card that I must again now use through Toyota. When I tried to re-order through Toyota they were out of part that I needed. Why could they not just give me my money back so I can go through somebody else to get the part I needed. Very poor service and feels like a scam.

Alternator received Broken

Didn’t come with needed hardware

I ordered the drivers side mirror cover and received the passenger side cover . I now have to return it.

A good strong sturdy product

Parts were good quality but were missing a small amount of paint and so were starting to develop surface rust. Not a huge deal but was a little upset. Other than that the parts were delivered sooner than expected and everything arrived in one piece.

Ordering the part was very easy and their flexibility to add another item was great. They even called me to confirm my request.
