The communication between myself and oemparts was great. However, when I ordered the part, I paid for overnight. Unfortunitaly no fault of oemparts the part had to be brought in which took about a week. So when I talked to oemparts about paying for overnight, oemparts stated that they would adjust the fee, which they did. Problem is now, that the part is being shipped via ground, instead of overnight. Honestly, I would have rather OEMparts keep the original shipping fee and sent the part via overnight when they recieved it, but now I have to wait until next week, because of the part being shipped ground. Overnight can't be that much, it's only a 1 lb. part On the positive, the cost of the part was very good when compared to getting it from a local dealer.

Good other than the website says available… But the parts weren’t actually available and we’re actually on back order. Still have no idea when one part will be available. But I did get a call right away telling me this and the parts they could get came in. But I have not heard back about the flange yet!

Quick answer

Fuel Water Separator was new, OEM, but some of packaging was crushed in shipping. It has yet to be seen if this affected the quality of the filter. Some bubble wrap would have prevented this as it was packed inside a box with a heavy water pump,
