Excellent in every way. I placed my order over the weekend so processing and shipping were a little delayed. When I hadn't gotten a shipping email in the next day or so I called and inquired when my order would ship, the customer service person I spoke to went and checked the status and told me they were getting it ready to ship and it would ship our that day. I ended up getting it within a couple of days. It was packaged expertly and everything was perfect. In summary I say to Ford OEM, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
