Used their website to identify an order the parts. Website was easy to navigate and exploded view of assemblies made parts identification a breeze. The checkout process was also straightforward. Parts were received well packaged and undamaged. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was associated with the time required to receive the parts. Order placed on June 24th and parts received on July 10th.

Got the part and installed in 10 minutes. Fit perfectly and works like the original.

Excellent info on web page. Ordering was easy. Shipping very fast. Unfortunately my order boxed and ready to go was misplaced during warehouse expansion/reorganization. And didn’t get to shipper several days later after I called inquiring why shipper had not received it. Accidents happen. Very helpful on phone and honest to resolve problem.

Fast handling and delivery of the part I needed.

It would be 5 stars except they sent me an email listing everything as shipped with overnight shipping, but several days later I contacted them and found out that they some items were not in stock and had been ordered. I realized that this was a possibility and would have been fine with waiting if they had told me upfront about the delay. If you are in a time crunch and need the parts quickly, contact them before ordering.
