I am exceedingly impressed both with the product (which I already knew I would love from a free sample at a local shopping centre) but also their customer service. A couple of items were missing (one of which was a free gift) and the box was damaged (couriers fault not theirs). They not only replaced the missing items swiftly but reissued the whole order as a gesture of goodwill due to delays because of Christmas. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. I will recommend them, highly, to friends, family and strangers should the opportunity arise. If you are thinking about placing an order with company… do. You won’t be disappointed

weeks of fighting and to prove there own current offers to get what I was offered isn't on. it took 3 weeks to get what I had been guaranteed by christmas for. ( came in the new year the missed items) not even so much as a free sample to say sorry. a shame.
