I ordered 3 dry shampoos and only received 1. After a few days, a rep reached out to fix it and said they'd sent the missing 2. A few days later. . . . only 1 dry shampoo arrived. So I've paid for 3 and STILL have only received 2 after multiple communications. I love these products, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm hoping this can be resolved and the issue will be avoided in the future.

Over all really love the packaging of the product and the way that it felt on my hair/scalp. I didn't get not irritation at all and my hair felt really clean afterwards. Can't wait to continue using this in my hair. The communication with them was great as well so i really appreciate the team on that end. Only downside was when i received the packaging that the product of the shampoo and conditioner had spilled a little and the box was slightly damaged. Other than that everything was great for my wash day!

Very unhappy, my product came in damaged with conditioner all over the box and all my other and when I reached out to customer service, I never heard back

I live this shampoo because it’s very gentle on my scalp. It cleans really well without saturating my skin with unnecessary fragrance. I think the only thing lacking is a moisturizing conditioner/after care for my curly, fine hair. Thank you!
