Customer service was really good. There was a mix up in the order, but they fixed it right away and sent me a replacement shirt without any questions and in time for my husband's birthday. The shirt is great - good fabric, perfect color, and great fit. My husband loves it! I am very happy with Obvious Shirts and would buy from them again.

I actually had wanted a long sleeve shirt and had left notes on my order but received a standard short sleeve shirt. I was initially disappointed but the short sleeve shirt I received was excellent product and very comfortable.

I originally purchased a 3XL that one was stretchy, i lost weight and decided to go with a 2XL since all my other hoodies of the same size i fit in. this one was very small compared to a 3XL and didn't stretch at all. very different material from the original one i bought.
