Generally had a good experience. Staff were really friendly and managers helped immensely. The annoying part with this order was that I had to come into a store twice because it wasn’t registering on the system as having been paid for even though it was on my bill and I of course had the items. Loved the clothes I ended up getting and a few extra in store but this was really inconvenient.

Shipping was abit off, should have clothes in another plastic or tissue It was all thrown in a weather proof b packaging all my other purchases and had abit of an odour like , smoke or a distinct pungent smell , and this dress was very wrinkly and just stuffed in the shipping bag! All ok as I washed everything .
