So far so good! I think I could've done with just the 10kg option as the vest itself is quite bulky but still comfy to wear. Currently walking with 8kg and doing ok but will be harder with heavier weights as it's all on your shoulders - there's no way to distribute the weight on your hips like a tramping pack would (tightening the one and only strap just makes it hard to breathe). Still too early to tell if it's doing any good for fitness/strength!!
