I have been buying kowtow for a few years now and have always been drawn back by the style and quality. After buying a tshirt from another brand recently i quickly remembered that therealised the bar for quality had been raised and I now expected clothes to still look new after washing and to last years. This has confirmed kowtow as a mainstay. I've also redyed a pair of Sailor jeans I've had for three years and they're still going strong!

Good shipping with original packaging all recyclable cardboard. Return was easy. Replacement item was in plastic bag, lengthy return time. Product remains a disappointing experience. Very odd material ….
