Overall very good. Only issue I come across is that when I search specifically for petites they sometimes get mixed with regulars.

I did not really understand how the Happy Returns worked. So it took a lot to get the information I needed. People were helpful. I still have not received 2 pair of Jeans that I exchanged for a smaller size. I received one pair of another order exchange which I actually returned a few days later than the other 2.
