Ornament arrived broken

I was unable to visit the store on my last day in New York having had an accident the evening before. I contacted the store with a request to ship a number of items to my hotel in Boston. The store were extremely helpful in turning my online order around on the same day. Items arrived 3 days later in Boston well packaged and undamaged. Thank you

The T-Shirt came in time but had some black stripes within the red heart and some dirt from the print. I wrote several messages, within my account, with the contact-form, e-mail with pictures - not a single response until today. Very unsatisfied! I now have t start a return request, lets see if someone will react to that. Otherwise I will have to start a PayPal dispute.

Nice, well-made souvenir. Easy to order and quick delivery to the UK. Bought it to replace a similar one we got on a NYC trip 20 years ago that finally fell off my wife's car key ring a couple fo weeks ago. It was not the correct one ! I wanted the one with freedom tower ! I called and emailed and got no reply so yes I am not happy about this! But the Philadelphia one is great
