Excellent, the water is soft and the taste better than bottled water..

I had two terrible experiences dealing with Alisa over the telephone regarding the blue discoloration of the water fitration system. She was extremely rude, arrogant, argumentative and condescending. Thankfully, Spencer intervened and helped rectifie the situation. Due Alisa’s' conduct I will purchase refills from another vendor and will not recommend your product.

I was not told that I needed to order a new O ring. I assumed everything I needed would be included. I also did not remember the pressure release button needed to be pushed before trying to remove the cartridge housing.

Rust all over toliets, sinks, shower, and tub! Water smells like metal. Ordered new filters within the time period, no joy. Left a voicemail and submitted a customer service ticket, with my phone number and email for contacting me, have not been contacted. Very disappointed in the customer service, and quality of the filters to effectively soften and clean our water. I have already purchased a filtration system with another company and have just installed. The water instantly no longer smelled like metal, and will be anxious to see the results on rust staining.

horrible communication. i can never get through to talk to someone. i paid the installation fee in May and never got the system installed. Fraud.

In the end I got the bracket. Took 2 shipments. 1st time I was sent a wrench! The error was corrected and I received the correct item.

System is great. However, when you sent my automatic cartridges for the trio system, you sent a chloramine cartridge instead of the settlement cartridge, which is what I wanted. It wasn’t worth my time to return it and get the correct one. Hopefully we can get it corrected for the next shipment.

This Nuvo water system has changed our well water tremendously. Before Nuvo, our well water was a yellowish color that had a film on it and did not taste good. After install, our water tastes great and is not yellow anymore. You should see the filters when we switched them out! We have also contacted customer service multiple times to reorder and to get a couple parts. They are wonderful and very helpful! We actually signed up for the auto replacement every 6 months, which is cheaper.
