Slow shipping. Product did not work for me. Had a bad aftertaste and my system was upset with fake sugar. Customer service was the worst ever! Several (3) "customer service" phone agents were nice but totally ineffective and unresponsive for my request for a full refund. They had no way to connecting to the people to help. I was told I had to wait for a call from Consumer Affairs to call to get a refund. worst customer service ever! I am waiting for that call! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THIS COMPANY
