They put me on auto refill without my permission and took money from my credit card. I contacted the credit card company and stopped the payment. That’s dirty dealing! They’ll probably try the same scam on you. I won’t be back! And…. I’ll tell everyone I know!

These shakes work like a dream. I’ve lost about 45 pounds drinking these everyday for breakfast. I would highly recommend these to anybody trying to lose some weight.

Ordering is simple and easy. The website is user friendly and easy to find products. I love the vanilla shack mix. Best easy breakfast for working mom. The rocky road bar will fill you up and really satisfies that chocolate, crunchy and salty afternoon craving.

Product availability is shotty. The bars are almost always out as well as the large jug of strawberry kiwi.

Your product is very expensive. We have purchased from you in the past and didn't have any issues. However, on this shipment an employee packed all...and I mean all of the crunchy Ranch Crisps outside of their boxes against the sides of the outer box. The product comes from back east and in some cases my wife is eating powder. Very disappointing to see proper packaging can't be used for such an expensive product.

The shopping could be easier. I tried to order the middle package and the website let me start picking out my food until we got to the fiber drinks. The company was out of the fiber drinks so I couldn't order my package and I wasted my time picking out the stuff I wanted when they could of told me that I couldn't order upfront.
