The have been very responsive to questions and help with ordering the meals

The company is working with a kosher vendor who doesn't seem to care about its customers. The staff members I've spoken to are pleasant and polite but they haven't been able to fix my meal issues.

I like most of the meals but I’m getting tired of the same ingredients, and there are too many duplicates in a single week.

Everything is handled like clockwork – responses if needed and order fulfillment. Great company, great product and great people.

Tried to order specfic entrees. Appears you send what you wan. Came on Sat.

I am on edge these days about shipping because one week the meals did not come at all, now they arrive late on Fridays (aft r dinner) where the used to he here in time for lunch on Thursdays

A couple of the meals I received were good, some were ok, but wouldn’t want to reorder them, and several I could not eat, because they contained ingredients I cannot eat (sensitivity.) My favorite was tearing up the whole clamshell of kale and making kale chips! Glad I tried the service, but will not continue.

Having three different menus has been confusing. Also, put a flyer in box with what date next delivery will be and when to place order

Shipping was on time and very organized

Food does not act as “medicine” when it’s overcooked and preserved hence their hypocrite slogan on the package. Just a marketing deploy which is the far from true with these meals.

No other provider offers fresh salad.
