Was a bad one, i gave it as a gift and ended up the kettle was put in a different box so i thought i was gifting a waffle maker

I really love this steami all in one and easy to clean since the trays are stainless. This makes my cooking easier and stess free, saves my time in cooking and can do other chores while waiting for my food to cook.

Zero customer service l, they sell damaged products and refuse to do refund

I have the pressure cooker from Nutricook since a few years and it still works well. This made me feel comfortable buying the waffle maker, popcorn maker and oil spray bottle as well… so far so good!

My delivery was 3 days late Eve after paying for next days delivery. My complaint is not being looked after aswell. Really disappoint in the service !

Great quality product - poor or lack of adequate instructions manual that are easy and clear on how to use best. Wis you included a QR code with link to a youtube video manual on how to use the digital buttons best to make proper use of this machine.
