I’ve been worried about losing/growing muscle mass during a caloric deficit and never felt like my daily creatine only supplement was helping grow muscle. I stumbled across this product and gave it a try and whether it was great timing or not, I feel like it started working almost immediately and I really sustained my muscle mass and even grew more defined muscle during this deficit. I can’t take it straight up like I can creatine - definitely need to mix it with something though!
