Not bad for importing from NZ

Love the Collagen Beauty Bundle. So far, I have tried the Vanilla Flavour, can't wait to try the other flavours with my daily coffee. I have seen great changes to my hair and skin after a few weeks, I am very happy.

My package was apparently delivered two weeks ago, but it is not in my mail room, package room or at my front door. When I reached out to Customer Service they helped at first, but I’ve yet to receive the package or a replacement or any info on the package delivery. I’d like a refund at this point.

The "natural" sugar used in these products tastes fake/bitter. Even my kids noticed the awful non natural taste. Just use real sugar or let customers pick the type of sugar they want.

A great company. Orders are processed quickly and products are very tasty. I like that they are cleaner sourced than American products.

Honestly, this is the best store-bought broth I've tried (purchased it at a grocer in NZ and again online). It tastes legitimately healthy and savory, not like salty water or the strange herbal you get from some powders or cubes. It has a nice flavor to it that feels homemade. I’ve used it for a simple noodle soup, and it made the soup taste like I simmered a bunch of veggies for hours. I’d absolutely buy this again for cooking, and it's good to drink on its own when I'm hungry.

Customer service is great, I wasn't sure if I should get the concentrated or the powder and they got back to me right away explaining the difference between the two so I felt confident in placing my order! Thank you Nutra!!

Has umami taste, much better than crystals. Use as gravy and on salads sparingly and mind the salt. Hard to pour as is if not at room temp or higher as it has a thick glue consistency. You cannot get the top off unless you heat it up as it glues the lid on from the previous use. Pour instead of using utensils as they are messy and wasteful. I keep in fridge and pour instant almost boiling hot water evenly over and around the jar to heat up quickly so it will pour without using a utensil. The jar is robust and has not cracked. None have gone bad in the fridge even at 6 weeks or so. When the jar is empty fill with hot water and drink the broth made from the residual. Yummy.

It arrived quickly
