The seller is fine. Very attentive to the customer . The product is unsatisfactory because it’s too hard to chew without difficulty. I have yet to hear from the maker which is bad, bad customer relations.

Overall, I have been pleased with my orders. Sometimes the shakes I order are broken open enough that they do spill out, and some of the boxes of protein bars have been pretty smashed. However, this is not enough to keep me from ordering. These items are an easy healthy meal/snack which I can grab and go. Generally, I have a protein bar and a shake for breakfast and the calories are low and the protein is high. Since the weight loss place I was going to has quit using these items, I am very happy I am still able to get them. If you know of a place in the Dayton Ohio area who has programs using these shakes and protein bars I would love to know about it. I am attending Weight Watchers right now and slowly continuing to lose the weight. Thank you!

I do think shipping is costly. I realize buying more for discount shipping makes an issue for me. Storing items takes space. I buy what I can store only.
