We used Nuola from winning a wig donation for children. From start to visit it was a lovely experience. The wig is exactly as we hoped - extremely good quality, comfortable for her to wear, looks amazing on (very natural with finishing touches like sidesburns where people lose hair). I also thank you so much for your kindness on the day you met her. She felt very comfortable in your studio and was so excited about getting to try your lovely wigs on. Your donation really gave her some light at a crucial time she needs it and she feels a million dollars with her lovely new hair. This is our third wig purchase from Nuola for our daughter and the best one yet! The colour was nice and bright and the hair feels lovely. I purchased to Fiona wig for its brown and reddish tones. It’s a piece of art and was I really pleased with how it looked on me. This was my first wig from Nuola Wigs. Just bought my second Fiona wig but in the Katie wig ginger/auburn colour as a custom order. Fantastic products and can’t find anywhere else in the UK that has the level of quality and care.

Delivery was late. It supposed to be express for the wig I’ve ordered. I have purchased few wigs from Nuola, in the past, however this wig was the most expensive and not the best quality. Sorry Nuola.

The wig I ordered recently looks so natural and beautiful. The hair is soft, lightweight, and super comfortable to wear all day. The lace front blends perfectly, and I have gotten so many compliments, no one can tell it’s a wig.

My fave wig company, tried so many wigs now and always go back to Nuola as nothing beats their wigs. Made so beautifully well and the colours are on point. The customer service is great too, very responsive and helpful. Much quicker turnaround time also. Don’t have to wait that long to receive your wig either, even if it’s a customised wig compared to other companies. Just about to order my 5th wig and I can’t wait to receive it!

The most realistic wigs I've ever seen, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hair itself feels amazing and looks completely natural, which was rare to find. Also, the customer service is great too, I had many custom requests, and they always responded quickly and accommodated them kindly. Already in the process of ordering another unit, so I definitely recommend!

My teenage daughter loves her Chrissy HD Lace Wig - 100% Human Hair Wig, Natural Hairline! As someone with alopecia, it has been difficult to find a wig that provides a realistic hairline. This wig is light to wear and makes her feel like she is one of the crowd rather than feeling like everyone is staring at her for her wig. She has received many compliments from peers about the colour of ‘her hair’…to which she proudly replies ‘thank you!’ Love Nuolawigs!…and thank you for making beautiful pieces!

The wig is great. Fits well and looks amazing. However, customer service could be better. On a couple of occasions my emails were not responded to, and I had to follow them up a few times
