I had not received my order and I did mention that it is part of my diabetic diet. It was like pulling teeth to get them to reship the product. I searched everywhere as they suggested and then they say " we tracked your package and it says it was delivered" I replied that I know it says it was delivered but it wasn't. I then checked with USPS and they said that they have a contract with Nunc and they're paid for missing packages. So why was I giving such a hard time when they would have been credited to begin with.? The answer is unknown. After a few emails back and forth, I was able to get them to reship my product. I was thankful for that but it shouldn't have taken so long and been so difficult. They should stand behind their deliveries because they do get credit when something ends up missing. Therefore I feel like they were calling me a liar. Nobody wants to feel like that. It's just bad business. I hope in the future they won't treat customers that way. And I hope they get back the old recipe for the apple cider vinegar gummies.
