I would rather buy directly from Numi and support them rather than a certain large e-commerce retailer. Ordering was easy, with a reasonable threshold for free shipping. Turnaround for shipping wasn't particularly fast, but once shipped it was delivered quickly. No complaints there.

Great service, quick and I appreciate that you put a label right on the case of boxes when possible.
