Customer service and shipping were great. However the only tool in the kit really worth getting is the flat iron. The curling wand in the set feels and looks lower quality than the flat iron and hair dryer. The hair dryer's matte coating is pealing off and seems to be loosing some of its power after only three months of having it

This will be my second NUME. :) I received my first NUME straightener as a gift to replace my Chi when I was still in school. It worked great, if not better than the straightener I had before, and it had a dial to control heat settings instead of just an on/off switch. It’s been a little over ten years and I’m just now replacing my original NUME. It worked perfectly up until about a month ago when it began struggling to stay hot. I was sad to see it go, but excited to know that it lasted a decade without any issues. That’s a great value. I’m glad to have found this product and really happy that NUME is still around for me to buy another. Thanks, NUME, for keeping me glossy!
