I love the idea of having a few scents to try out before buying, so the samples were perfect and really helped me narrow things down.

You won me over as a customer because of the great customer service. I originally did the quiz and disliked all 4 samples. When I commented that to customer service, they offered me new samples, of which I loved all! I even tried additional samples that I loved too. This is my 3rd full size in less than a year. And EVERY single question and interaction with you has been top notch.
