Pillow cases don’t fit our pillows even though advertised as king cases

I'm loving these bamboo sheets. It's interesting material, to say the least: heavy & stiff when new & wet, but soft on your bed. I expect the ladies shirts to be just as nice.

I have place quite a few orders with NOT LABELED. All of the clothes I have received have been great quality and so, so soft. They all wash and wear very well. The towels are wonderful too.

Great service and pricing. All but 2 items were excellent quality items. The towels were super soft but very thin. The pajamas were nice but I don’t like that silky feel. Women’s tops/sweaters/hoodies are fabulous. Excellent fabric and well made. Sad you are closing.

Wrong size was shipped. Will not send correct size.

I was sent the wrong size shirt. Contacted several times and they will not refund or send the correct size. I would not order from this company again.

I was in love with everything until I opened the comforter inserts to use. Then I noticed a stain which you will see in the attached photo. It looks like blood stain which completely threw me off. I’m about to open the rest of the sheets and examine it carefully

We have purchased men's shirts, bed sheets, and pillow cases from Not Labeled, and we are very pleased with these products. We had a brief problem: We were not aware that tags on the sheets saying UK King meant they were actually equivalent to US queen sizes, but our question was answered quickly and very politely. We have nothing but praise for Not Labeled.

Very soft material. Lightweight. I don’t have much to say but buy whatever it is you’re looking at.

The undershirts are way too short; probably made for shorter folks in the East vs. taller people in the West

I love the softness and quality everything is very small and tight fitting.
