To further improve the overall experience, I would suggest providing the piece with its own protective garment bag and a hanger, possibly customized to reflect the brand. Additionally, to enhance wind protection, it could be interesting to add a full-length zip along the entire garment, while still keeping the buttons for style and versatility.

I do suggest a little more communication about shipping timelines etc… these coats are luxury items and quite expensive and I got a bit anxious when I didn’t hear for several days what the status of my order was. Didn’t mind the wait but would have liked to know! But everyone I’ve interacted with has been lovely and the coat is amazing.

I love this jacket. Ther other brand I enjoy is Mackintosh so this is a nice complement. I’m normally a 46L suit size and went for the XXL. Nice fitted silhouette and I get tons of comments laments. And it’s is bother waterproof and breathable. I’m looking to buy another one. And the shipping packaging was brilliant
