Good - shipping took a little longer than anticipated

This strap is well-made and beautiful. However, it should come with a matching strap keeper. I'm not sure why it doesn't. I'd certainly pay a bit more for it if it did.

Good quality; no problems. Web site ordering could be clearer about single item counts (individual pieces) vs. packets (if several items).

Liked the clasp but pins were too thick to pass through the Rolex bracelet link.

Unlike a previous band I got from another company, this seems to stay on. I did have to purchase a special tool in order to put the band on, but that was easy to use.

You have send me wrong charger

The band I received is of sufficient quality, but it isn't for the watch I ordered. I ordered one for a Garmin Fenix 3 which uses the Quickfit 26 band, but the band I received is for a conentional watch and is a 22 mm band, not a 26 mm band, and doesn't have anything for the Garmin Quickfit system - of any size, much less the 26 mm size. The band was also received from a different company than I ordered it from - one that's listed in a completely different state than the one I ordered from. It also came with paperwork from that other company, so that's a little odd. And while I did also look at products from that other company/website, I checked my billing and I did get billed from the company I thought I ordered it from, not the one I received it from. So these seem to be the same company behind the scenes, which is fine, it's just not expected and given the different names, different websites, and different business registrations in different states, and neither one mentioning the other, it does seem a little deceptive to me. That said, I did get at least the type of product that I ordered, just the wrong size and for the wrong watch system, and it came on time with no shipping or billing issues, so maybe it's just how the business operates. The band is fine for an inexpensive milanese loop style band - but unlike the expensive Apple Watch versions that don't rip out your arm hairs, these do bite your arm hairs, but they at least aren't sharp and cut into your arm like some of them are prone to do. If what I had received were what I had ordered and it were what was shown on the product page photos, I would be happy with all of the above. As it is, it's OK and gets the job done, but I'm going to be replacing it with a real Garmin band because the size and attachment mechanism mismatch just make it look goofy and I'm not happy enough with it to deal with the negatives in this case. I should note that I did NOT contact them to try to correct the product mismatch, ...

Nice band , but still waiting for the second one I ordered.

Yellow gold buckle was a size smaller than what I needed, and it wasn’t on the band, but I managed to take my original buckle off the watch band and it works. Two different size buckles were included and the right size one on the band was silver. Don’t know how that happened! I’m happy with the band color anyway.

The color on watch band started rubbing off within 2 days.

I bought 5 straps one was not what I ordered

Great design with the cover. There's something not right with the wiring. My Fitbit says there's not enough power to charge it when I connect it to the charger. Sometimes it charges, and sometimes it doesn't.

I received the correct strap.

Watch band we purchased is garbage and they charged $5. 95 for shipping. Will not be coming back.

Junk. Won't attach to my fitbit. Company has no phone number to call and talk to someone. Will not be back.

The shipping time was excellent. About a week. Very excited to put it on my watch. Love it!
