Birds arrived healthy. Shopping ended up being one extra day. Nothing Northstar can do about USPS but only one bird died.

Shipping was good my post office got them called me right away then I called the wife with in the hour my wife picked them up

Seemed like everything went smooth- took care to ship chicks safely, wish they would have examined the chicks sent more closely due to getting 2 chicks with curled toes (one that’s pretty bad and has a harder time walking due to very wobbly since the toes are so curled) otherwise no other complaints
